- Drive the commercialization of 3-5 high-impact ventures by 2026
- Maintain a pipeline of 15+ innovation projects across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present innovation roadmaps and ROI projections to the board and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, product development, or strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching successful ventures with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Experience leading global teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Portfolio of past innovation projects or patents demonstrating thought leadership
