Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-AI hybrid prototypes
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through venture partnerships and grants
- Present at Davos and CES to shape global tech policy discussions
- Launch minimum viable products in regulated markets (FDA, EU AI Act)
- Mentor PhD researchers in applied futurism methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ years in exponential technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Track record of scaling tech teams from 10 to 500+ professionals
- PhD in Computational Physics, Bioengineering, or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Patent portfolio with ≥15 granted AI or quantum computing patents
- Certification in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
