Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term corporate vision
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate innovation into business strategy
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across 12+ global projects
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and scaling
- Present innovation strategies to stakeholders and investors quarterly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering commercialized products post-2020
- Expertise in emerging technologies: GenAI, blockchain, IoT, biotech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across 3+ continents
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (H-index >20)
