Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmap development for 2026-era technologies including quantum computing and AI ethics
- Direct cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Identify and secure partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Translate market insights into actionable innovation priorities for executive leadership
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting future innovation landscapes
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies before mass adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in future tech publications
