Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interface innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and industry experts in rapid prototyping of next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and EU Horizon 2030 initiatives
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks in autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Secure $50M+ in federal innovation grants and venture capital for 2026 initiatives
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos, CES, and IEEE Future Horizons conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Bioengineering, or Computational Neuroscience with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature or Science on exponential technologies
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects from concept to market (>$100M valuation)
- Expertise in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards for ethical AI
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Portfolio of 3+ patents in emerging technologies
