- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption
- Present strategic initiatives to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for resource allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in innovation or R&D management
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or AR/VR
- Proven track record of scaling digital products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI analysis
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies and technology strategy frameworks
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, or industry talks)
