- Develop and implement the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with company vision and market trends

- Secure strategic partnerships and investments for 2026 initiatives
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Measure and optimize KPIs for innovation portfolio success

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, product development, or strategic leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and future forecasting methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
