Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Present strategic innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record in launching commercialized tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with published research
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation funding
