- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and ESA for collaborative R&D
- Develop patent portfolios for emerging technologies in biocomputing and nano-engineering
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record delivering commercialized tech innovations (3+ products)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate tech
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Experience securing government grants (DARPA, NSF) and VC funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Global network connections with innovation hubs (Shenzhen, Tel Aviv, Berlin)
