Qualifications
- 15+ years in R&D or strategic innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products (3+ $100M+ innovations)
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or Futurology
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($5M+)
