Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic technology roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 10M+ user impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership in tech disruption or future trends
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
