Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-focused product roadmaps and innovation frameworks
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate them into scalable business opportunities
- Architect sustainable solutions addressing global challenges like climate adaptation and digital sovereignty
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Drive patent development for breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization targets
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Leaders program
- Present annual innovation forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with proven 5+ year strategic planning track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, biotech, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with 10+ publications in high-impact journals
- Successful commercialization of at least three patented technologies
- Experience securing $10M+ in government or private innovation funding
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis)
- Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency preferred
