Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and climate tech
- Lead R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and decentralized identity
- Secure $5M+ in venture partnerships for frontier technology incubation
- Mentor teams in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Deliver quarterly briefings to C-suite on emerging tech disruption vectors
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI projects from concept to market
- Expertise in tech ethics frameworks (IEEE 7000, EU AI Act)
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technology implications
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for deep-tech initiatives
