Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven and quantum-enabled solutions
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their strategic integration potential
- Drive prototyping and rapid iteration of next-generation products and services
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure resources for high-impact initiatives
- Mentor talent in innovation methodologies and future-focused technologies
- Present vision and progress to stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership, with proven 5-year strategic planning
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Track record of launching at least two breakthrough products/services
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management expertise
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
