- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present future technology scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Mentor a team of 8+ innovation specialists and research scientists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Experience managing global innovation ecosystems and multi-stakeholder projects
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java) and data analysis tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
