Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with company strategic objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation initiatives to C-suite executives and stakeholders for funding approval
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future-forward business models
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making approach
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
