Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with published research in high-impact journals
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
