You'll influence global standards for responsible innovation while leading initiatives that balance technological advancement with human-centric design principles.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical tech deployment and regulatory compliance
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Manage pilot programs for next-gen technologies with enterprise partners
- Author thought leadership papers on future-proofing digital ecosystems
- Mentor junior researchers in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech innovation or corporate foresight roles
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research on future technology trends or ethical tech frameworks
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary R&D teams with $5M+ budgets
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
