Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing and AI convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen sustainability solutions
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (Web4, synthetic biology, neuro-interfaces)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism consulting
- Deep expertise in quantum computing and exponential technologies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Advanced degree in Systems Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Goals frameworks
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Certification in Futures Thinking (CFP) preferred
