Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies with 7+ years in strategic innovation or corporate foresight
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps (3-10 year horizons)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-suite executives and external partners
- Track record of successful innovation initiatives with measurable business impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent preferred
