- Analyze futuristic market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with long-term business objectives
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, industry panels, and patent development
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor emerging talent in futuristic technologies and strategic methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic innovation roles within Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology training
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ in innovation contexts
