Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for climate resilience and quantum applications
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-year market impact potential
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships with global tech consortiums
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate AI
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding/grants
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global partnerships)
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
