- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions for emerging markets
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and societal disruptors
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present foresight frameworks to investors and executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Design KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling with complex trend visualization
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP from APF)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
