Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends in biotechnology, space exploration, and climate tech
- Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging technology startups
- Present innovation portfolios to the board and investor communities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation or R&D leadership within tech/advanced industries
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in futures methodology, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, and climate engineering
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation projects with measurable outcomes
