Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Build and manage a $50M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Champion agile methodologies across R&D teams to accelerate time-to-market
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster breakthrough thinking and prototype development
- Represent the company at global tech summits and shape industry discourse
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic certification
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
