- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI
- Manage a $5M annual innovation budget
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years experience in corporate innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience managing innovation portfolios with $3M+ budgets
- Excellent presentation skills for executive audiences
