Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 5+ year vision
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption analysis
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Innovation Management, or relevant technical field
