As a key member of our Executive Strategy Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite leaders to develop long-term innovation frameworks, secure strategic partnerships, and ensure our portfolio remains ahead of the curve. You'll leverage data-driven insights and cutting-edge methodologies to shape products, services, and business models that will dominate the post-2025 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with global market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-focused R&D initiatives and pilot programs
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, bio-integration) for strategic integration opportunities
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industry disruptors, research institutions, and venture capital firms
- Present innovation forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors and executive stakeholders
- Drive organizational culture shifts to embed future-readiness and continuous innovation practices
- Oversee the innovation pipeline from ideation to market launch, ensuring scalability and commercial viability
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, corporate strategy, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technology trends (Web4.0, decentralized systems, sustainable tech) and their business applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD or MBA preferred)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA CPM, ICF) or strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional data literacy with ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable strategic insights
- Experience presenting to executive boards and influencing high-stakes decision-making processes
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and social megatrends shaping 2026+ landscapes
