- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 disruptors
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and Board of Directors quarterly
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and design researchers
- Pioneer patent development for proprietary 2026-era methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership at Fortune 100 companies
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-disruptive products
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Tech Review
- Fluency in futures forecasting frameworks (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from APF or foresight.org
