Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in future-trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Strong proficiency in data-driven innovation frameworks (e.g., Stage-Gate, Lean Startup)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Demonstrated ability to secure and manage multi-million dollar budgets
