Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation with 3+ years in quantum/AI domains
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technology impacts
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ valuation
- Deep expertise in ISO 42001 and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
