Responsibilities

- Lead ideation sessions for disruptive AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify innovation opportunities
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with quarterly ROI assessments
- Mentor a team of 8-12 research scientists and product strategists
- Author thought leadership publications for industry summits and journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $10M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with patent analysis and technology valuation frameworks
- Portfolio of published research or patented innovations
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
