Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and climate-positive technologies
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, ethicists, and futurists to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum hardware manufacturers
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging threats and opportunities in AI safety and biotechnology
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Oversee ethics compliance for experimental technologies involving human augmentation
- Drive commercialization pathways for patent-pending 2026 innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent industry leadership)
- Minimum 8 years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI safety or quantum applications
- Deep understanding of ISO 42001 and IEEE 7000 standards for ethical AI deployment
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialized innovations with $10M+ impact
- Security clearance for handling sensitive quantum information
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, or Q#)
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Q, Amazon Braket)
