Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop cross-industry innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI governance
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops with Fortune 500 executives and government agencies
- Author whitepapers on ethical AI deployment and climate adaptation strategies
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for prototyping future-ready solutions
- Represent Nexus at Davos, CES, and global policy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies (IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent)
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neurotech, and climate modeling
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and SDG alignment
- Fluency in futures research tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, etc.)
