Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI/quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, Neural Interfaces, AGI) for commercial viability
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through strategic stakeholder alignment
- Launch at least 3 market-disrupting products by 2027
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling SaaS products to $50M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Business Innovation
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing APIs
- Certified in AWS/Azure and Lean Six Sigma
