Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead scenario planning workshops to forecast industry disruptions and competitive threats
- Develop strategic frameworks for implementing next-gen solutions across product lines
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing technologies
- Present innovation strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline maturity and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation management at tech-forward companies
- Proven track record developing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in futures research methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation projects
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
