Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech (AI, quantum, bioengineering) and assess commercial viability
- Drive strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused methodologies
- Measure and report KPIs for innovation pipeline success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and futures methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience in scaling high-growth tech environments
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic innovation projects
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
