- Design and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI, neural interfaces, and decentralized autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-generation solutions with real-world applications
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for experimental technologies ensuring responsible deployment
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to accelerate innovation adoption
- Develop scalable business models for futuristic technologies with projected market entry in 2026-2030
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members securing funding for breakthrough projects
- Mentor junior researchers while fostering a culture of radical experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years of technology strategy experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies with 3+ successful product launches
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI alignment
