Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging market disruptions and competitive threats
- Architect cross-functional innovation frameworks connecting R&D, product, and go-to-market teams
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board with data-driven scenario analyses
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and strategic adoption across business units
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Author thought leadership publications positioning FutureWorks as a 2026 industry authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in corporate strategy, product innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic plans
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic transformations in tech or healthcare sectors
