Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching AI/quantum products with $10M+ ARR
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and market analysis frameworks
