Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot launch with measurable KPIs
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks and future scenarios to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Experience scaling innovation programs in fast-paced environments
