Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using AI-driven market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in launching 3+ disruptive products/services annually
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and emerging startups
- Secure $50M+ in venture capital and government innovation grants
- Present to executive boards and investors on quarterly strategic progress
- Mentor junior innovators and drive culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product development, or venture innovation
- Proven track record of launching products with $10M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Strong data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
