Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 7-figure budgets
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and regulatory landscapes
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across 3+ continents
