Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Strategic Innovation
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR, CFT) preferred
- Experience securing patents for disruptive technologies (minimum 5 filed)
