- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year market impact
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive stakeholders and board committees
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and KPI optimization
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Champion ethical technology frameworks for 2026 deployment scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS)
