Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmap by analyzing emerging tech trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives for future growth
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with potential to transform our industry by 2026
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Establish KPIs to measure progress toward 2026 innovation milestones
- Partner with R&D to translate strategic vision into actionable development projects
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field required
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and securing high-stake approvals
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation and venture capital communities
