Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks for 2026+ market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing future-facing technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure impact on organizational growth
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with corporate vision
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles within tech/consulting
- Proven expertise in futures thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating execution of complex innovation projects
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Certification in Design Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping environments
