Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging tech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities post-2025
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and quantum computing integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation strategy with corporate vision
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through compelling investor pitches and white papers
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and systemic thinking
- Pioneer industry-first sustainability protocols for next-gen manufacturing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching products with >$1B market impact
- Advanced degree in Systems Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, Harvard Business Review)
- Fluency in scenario planning tools and predictive modeling frameworks
- Certification in Systems Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
