- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, and carbon-negative tech
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup acquisition opportunities for strategic technology integration
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Build and manage a world-class innovation lab with cutting-edge prototyping capabilities
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biotechnology applications
- Represent company at global innovation forums and shape industry standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven track record of launching market-defining innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members across global operations
- Portfolio of successful products/technologies generating $100M+ revenue
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
