Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations into business frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions and validate market readiness
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product development pipelines
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness metrics
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from APF or IIF)
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy)
